“Eden/Just Be comes to The Meadow & The Art Silo once a month to work with our neurodiverse adults. Let me put it simply… one of our women specifically had it written on her IEP (Individualized Evaluation Plan) to avoid touch. After only two classes with Eden she suddenly has been hugging, feeling in general much more comfortable with contact. That being said, this work is nothing less than amazing and transformative.

Sue expresses what she has gained from her private sessions with Eden and Just Be ongoing since 2015. Inside note: she decided about a year into our meetings to have gastric bypass surgery and has lost over 220 pounds. Her hard surgery was only one piece of the puzzle as she also commits whole-heartedly to mind-body-spirit methodologies.

One thing I plan to do as a result of this class:
“Change my relationship to taking care of myself: food, sleep, and other various self-care including my meditation/energy practices.”
One thing I enjoyed about this class:
“Eden’s unwavering support and encouragement plus her ability to address our individual needs as well as connect us to each other.”
“I was skeptical at first, but I truly enjoyed this program and plan on adding meditation to my life.”
“Thank you, Eden. Thank you for what you shared with me as well as the group. So grateful! So awesome!”
“Thank you for an awesome session last week with our ADAM class. The mindfulness portion is becoming an important piece of our curriculum, and for the second time Just Be was super. This class really showed our people how important being in the moment is and how it’s relevant to their professional career.”
